Quick Quiche


An easy meal, made with very little effort. Quick to prepare and good for your health, this is a filling and nutritious staple


Makes 8 serves  

430kJ, 10g protein, 2g carbs per serve


Fresh out of the oven!


8 large eggs

½ cup LF milk

Small onion + garlic clove

1 zucchini + 1 carrot – grated

50g ham

¼ cup grated cheese 


1. Fry onion, garlic until soft

2. Mix eggs, milk, ham, grated vege into a bowl then pour into a pie dish

3. Sprinkle with cheese 

4. Bake for 40 min in 180 degrees or until golden
