5 Minute Salad 

Salads can be one of the quickest dishes to prepare as it is like building blocks - you can have as little or as many ingredients as you like.

Start with anything vege based (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, olives, mushroom etc) then add as you like protein (legumes, fish, chickeen, beef, nuts etc) or grain (quinoea, rice, noodles etc) and a dressing (oil + vinegar or citrus juice + herbs/mustard/garlic)
