Coleslaw in 10 minutes!
- 1/4 cabbage
- Grated apple + carrot
- Dollop of mayo
- 2 dollops natural Greek yoghurt
- Hot english mustard - enough for a zing
1. Chop cappage and apple. Grate Carrot. Combine.
2. Combine all the mayo, yoghurt and mustar. Dress the salad
Serve with half a turkish roll. Maybe some avacado or even add the salad to a pulled pork roll.
Enough leftovers for lunch + another 3-4 meals!
