Grilled Pineapple & Spiced Ricotta

  

Serves 4

approx. 500kJ 4g p, 10g carb, 6g fat per serve

  

1 can pineapple in juice drained (or any fruit)

Tb brown sugar

½ cup low fat ricotta cheese

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup hazelnuts chopped

  

Mix the pineapple and brown sugar together

Grill pineapple until toasted

Mix the ricotta, cinnamon and hazelnuts together

Serve
