Grilled Pineapple & Spiced Ricotta

Serves 4

Approx. 500kJ, 4g protein, 10g carb, 6g fat per serve

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple in juice drained
    (or any fruit)
  • Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ cup low fat ricotta cheese
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts chopped

Method

  1. Mix the pineapple and brown sugar together
  2. Grill pineapple until toasted
  3. Mix the ricotta, cinnamon and hazelnuts together

Serve!
