
Grilled Pineapple & Spiced Ricotta
Serves 4
Approx. 500kJ, 4g protein, 10g carb, 6g fat per serve
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple in juice drained
(or any fruit) - Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup low fat ricotta cheese
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup hazelnuts chopped
Method
- Mix the pineapple and brown sugar together
- Grill pineapple until toasted
- Mix the ricotta, cinnamon and hazelnuts together
Serve!
