Quick Quiche

An easy meal, made with very little effort. Bulk it out with zucchini or other vege to help fill you up!  


Makes 8 serves

Approx. 430kJ, 10g protein, 2g carbs per serve.


8 large eggs

½ cup LF milk

Small onion + garlic clove

1 zucchini + 1 carrot – grated

50g ham

¼ cup grated cheese


  1. Fry onion, garlic until soft
  2. Mix eggs, milk, ham, grated vege into a bowl then pour into a pie dish
  3. Sprinkle with cheese
  4. Bake for 40 min in 180 degrees or until golden
