An easy meal, made with very little effort. Bulk it out with zucchini or other vege to help fill you up!
Makes 8 serves
Approx. 430kJ, 10g protein, 2g carbs per serve.
8 large eggs
½ cup LF milk
Small onion + garlic clove
1 zucchini + 1 carrot – grated
¼ cup grated cheese
- Fry onion, garlic until soft
- Mix eggs, milk, ham, grated vege into a bowl then pour into a pie dish
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 40 min in 180 degrees or until golden
