Chocolate Protein Pancake

One way to use up protein powder is in pancakes!

Makes 10 pancakes (depending on size)

Approx 300kJ, 6g protein, 8g carbs each (depending on protein powder)


1/2 cup SR flour

1 scoop Protein powder (chocolate flavour)

1/2 cup skim milk

3 eggs

tsp sugar/sweetner or mashed banana for sweetness


Whisk in a bowl until smooth

Cook in a hot pan until bubble on top, then flip

Serve with yoghurt
