
Chocolate Protein Pancake
One way to use up protein powder is in pancakes!
Makes 6-10 pancakes (depending on size)
Approx 220kj, 3g protein, 6g carbs each
Ingredients
1/2 cup SR flour
1 scoop Protein powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
tsp sugar/sweetner or mashed banana for sweetness
Method
Whisk in a bowl until smooth
Cook in a hot pan until bubble on top, then flip
Serve with yoghurt
