Basic Cauliflower Dahl Ingredients: - 1 onion
- 1/2 a cauliflower
- 1 capsican
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1-2 tsp cumin
- 1-2 tsp ground coriander
- 1-2 tsp ground tumeric
- chilli powder to taste
- 1 cup of brown lentils
- 3 cups of stock
- Natural youghurt to taste

Step One: Cook down finely sliced onions until translucent. Add garlic and spices and fry until fragrant. Step Two: Add 3 cups of stock and 1 can of lentils to pan. Scrape the bottom of the pan to clean anything that has stuck. Step Three: Add in chopped veggies to the pan and bring to a simmer. Step Four: Cook until veggies are soft. You can serve with chopped coriander and youghurt. Enjoy!
